When you’re looking for hotels, location is key! For this trip we decided to stay right outside the main city limits. We stayed at Ibis Paris Gare Du Nord Chateau Landon. This hotel is located 1 mile away from the Gare Du Nord train station and the Gare de L'Est train station. It is also across the street from the Metro Station. This made transportation very easy for us, since we used the Metro to get to everything! This hotel has 161 air-conditioned rooms with free WIFI, private parking garage, bar and 24-hour snack service. It is perfect for your business trips and family holidays!
4 day paris itinerary
day 1
Upon arrival in Paris we headed to our hotel to unpack, relax and have some breakfast provided by the hotel. Since it was around 9:00am and we just had a long flight we decided to use day one for the hop-on hop-off bus tour of Rome. This was the best idea we could have done! We were able to see every single site offered in Paris from the comfy seat of a bus, with free wifi! We were allowed to get on and off when we pleased, to see the sights more up close. We spent the entire day hoping on and off at all the amazing sites! We spent the most time at the Notre Dame and The Place du Trocadéro. We actually went inside the Notre Dame and took in the amazing church. We knew for sure that we were going back to these sites another day to spend more time there!
We used the Big Bus Hop On Hop Off Tour which stopped at all of the major attractions:
•Eiffel Tower, Champs de Mars - Eiffel Tower, Palais Garnier, Big Bus, Musée du Louvre, Notre Dame, Musée d'Orsay, Champs-Élysées, Grand Palais, Place du Trocadéro

day 2
Day 2 we considered our museum day. We spent all day touring the different museums. We started at the Louvre first. The Louvre, or the Louvre Museum, is the world's most-visited museum and a historic monument in Paris, France. It is the home of many of the most known work of arts, including the Mona Lisa. A central landmark of the city, it is located on the Right Bank of the Seine in the city's 1st arrondissement. The outside of The Louvre is just as beautiful as all the artwork inside. The glass pyramids are beautiful in the day time and exceptional at night. I suggest taking a guided tour through the Louvre since it is very big and there is a lot to see. The tour ends with the famous Mona Lisa, which is very small but beautiful in person!
After the Louvre Museum we walked over to the Musée d'Orsay. The museum holds mainly French art dating from 1848 to 1914, including paintings, sculptures, furniture, and photography. The museum has this big clock that is beautiful! This was just a quick stop through, so we decided not to take a tour.
Next, we went to the top of the Notre Dame! Since we had already walked around the inside, we decided to take in the 360 views from the top of the Notre Dame. To get to the top, you have to walk up 387 steps. There are not many places to stop and catch your breath, so this is not for everyone. If you can make it to the top I highly suggest it. The views are AMAZING.
After stopping for dinner, we headed to the famous EIFFEL TOWER. Once an hour, at night, the Eiffel Tower lights up, and it is something you HAVE to see. It is an experience you will never forget.

day 3
For day 3 we wanted to do something other than museums. We decided to spend the entire day at Disneyland Paris. Since our hotel is within walking distance to the train station, we decided to take the train to Disneyland Paris. Transportation is on the Gare de Lyon train line and costs 1.90 Euros to get from Paris to Disneyland! It was very affordable and fast. The train lets you off right outside Disneyland, which is perfect. We Booked a 1-Day park pass which gave us all day to spend at Disneyland. The day pass gives you access to both parks, Disneyland Park & Walt Disney Studios. We spent the entire day hopping between parks and going on every ride and adventure there was! It was a nice break from the history and museums of Paris.

day 4
On day 4 we decided to get breakfast outside of our hotel breakfast. We walked a few blocks until we found a restaurant that looked perfect. There was definitely a reason we decided to get breakfast there that day because when we we leaving we stumbled upon the stairs to the Sacré-Cœur. The Sacré-Cœur is a Roman Catholic church and minor basilica in Paris, France, dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Since we happened upon the stairs, we decided to make the hike up. There were 300 stairs, but all was worth it to see the sights at the top. I think the view from Sacré-Cœur was one of the best in Paris and is highly worth it to make the tip to see Montmarte and the Sacré-Cœur. On the other side of the block, you can take a funiculaire so you can avoid the 300 steps!
After our time at the Sacré-Cœur, we headed to the Eiffel Tower. You can't come to Paris and not take a tour of the Eiffel Tower. We chose the tour where we could go to the Summit, the higher level views. The view from the 2nd level and the Summit were breathtaking. You can see panoramic views of the entire city of Paris. Everything is visible from here. We loved every second of being on one of the most famous landmarks ever.

As sunset was approaching we headed to the Montparnasse Tower, which is a building that houses a 360 degree observation deck. Straight in and straight up – just 38 seconds and you’re 200 meters above Paris, contemplating the very best view you can get of this beautiful city! The Eiffel Tower is right in front of you – a sight you will never forget. Just like the Empire State Building and the London Eye, the Montparnasse Tower Panoramic Observation Deck gives you a totally unique view of Paris and its monuments.

We ended one of the best vacation by stopping at the Louvre and Notre Dame one more time, to see the views at night. The way they both glow is something you HAVE to see for yourself.
